Provides clerical and administrative support to division directors and facility leaders. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, taking and distributing minutes, coordinating travel and reimbursements, supporting policy documentation, handling visitors and inquiries, and overseeing clerical accuracy. Requires strong organization, communication, proofreading, confidentiality, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Receives, inspects, stocks, counts, picks, and distributes medical supplies throughout a healthcare facility. Maintains PAR locations, safety stock levels, inventory records, and accurate ERP transactions. Provides on-site IT support for hospital hardware, software, telecommunications, and network systems. Installs, configures, troubleshoots, repairs, and relocates desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, networking equipment, and related infrastructure. Supports remote access, device encryption, secure equipment disposal, and customer service while maintaining information security and reliable attendance.

Provides enterprise HR strategy and leadership for HR Business Partners, Regional HR Directors, and employee experience functions. Partners with executive, clinical, and operational leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, culture, talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, and transformation. Establishes HR governance and workforce metrics while collaborating with Finance and HR Centers of Excellence to improve programs, processes, and technology. Requires healthcare workforce experience and substantial executive-level HR leadership.

Provides entry-level customer support through phone, email, and chat. Responds to inquiries, troubleshoots and resolves issues, escalates complex concerns, documents interactions in CRM systems, and meets service quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborates with internal teams while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, reliable attendance, and compliance with organizational policies.

Manages facility supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, receiving, distribution, logistics, vendor coordination, and materials management systems. Ensures supply availability, regulatory compliance, safety, cost-effectiveness, and inventory accuracy. Leads departmental staff, scheduling, performance management, budgeting, process improvement, audits, and accreditation activities while collaborating with clinical, operational, corporate supply chain, purchasing, and accounts payable teams.

Develops and executes facility-level marketing and communications plans, manages online reputation, community partnerships, website content, ROI/KPI tracking, staff leadership, budgets, and regulatory-compliant communications.

Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, network hardware, and peripherals. Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and virtual desktops. Monitor network performance, implement security measures, manage user accounts and permissions, handle work orders and documentation, and provide on-call/after-hours support.

Oversees facility financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, financial planning, cost control, and revenue cycle support. Prepares financial statements and insights for leadership, ensures GAAP and healthcare regulatory compliance, develops internal controls, leads audits, and manages departmental staff, budgets, policies, and performance.

Leads hospital supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, vendor relations, expense control, capital equipment purchasing, and process improvement. Oversees staff leadership, budgeting, policy development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and strategic alignment with hospital and regional leadership. Partners with clinical and operational teams to reduce costs, standardize products, improve efficiency, and support effective service delivery.
