Provide strategic leadership for enterprise learning and development, including strategy, governance, LMS and digital platforms, vendor and budget oversight, learning measurement, leadership and career development, and cross-functional partnership to drive workforce capability and organizational performance.

Execute full-cycle recruiting to source, screen, and hire talent for shared services. Partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, manage requisitions and ATS, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Manage campaigns, vendors, budgets, KPIs, staff development, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to grow patient volume and strengthen brand and reputation.

Provides on-site technical support for hospital IT hardware, software, telecommunications, and network systems. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, moves, and securely disposes of equipment; configures software and encrypted mobile devices; supports remote-control sessions; and delivers high-quality customer service.

Performs advanced accounting including complex journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, budgeting support, internal controls, and audit support. Ensures GAAP compliance, mentors junior accountants, and collaborates with leadership to improve processes and reporting.

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to analyze and configure IT systems, provide cross-platform end-user support (Unix, Linux, AS400, Windows), develop and execute test plans, perform basic configuration and maintenance, participate in on-call duties, and ensure compliance with information security policies.

Lead and coordinate daily supply chain operations in a hospital setting: receiving, inventory replenishment, distribution, audits, staff training, workflow coordination, compliance, and ERP data entry to ensure accurate inventory and timely service.

Provide front-line customer support via phone, email, and chat; diagnose and resolve issues or escalate as needed; document interactions in CRM; meet KPIs for productivity and customer satisfaction; collaborate with teammates and follow company policies and attendance requirements.

Support Technology Resilience by conducting BIAs, documenting recovery requirements, mapping dependencies, maintaining DR plans and evidence, assisting testing and exercises, tracking remediation, and liaising with cross-functional teams to improve recovery readiness.

Provide clerical and administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, data entry, phone handling, travel arrangements, supply management, invoice/expense coordination, and event support while maintaining confidentiality and assisting supervisors with departmental tasks.
