Plans, delivers, and evaluates evidence-based education, orientation, competency training, and professional development for nursing staff. Conducts needs assessments, mentors clinical employees, maintains training records, supports policy updates, and ensures educational programs align with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards. Requires registered nurse licensure, clinical nursing experience, strong teaching skills, and proficiency with educational technology and learning management systems.

Manage cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies. Documents work in CMMS, conducts safety and regulatory checks, assists with equipment installation, and trains clinical staff. Collaborates with clinical and engineering teams to ensure medical devices operate safely, reliably, and accurately.

Provides comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, policy communication, compliance, HRIS administration, compensation guidance, employee records, exit processes, and engagement initiatives. Partners with employees and leaders to resolve concerns, interpret policies, maintain accurate personnel data, support rewards programs, and use workforce metrics to inform departmental goals.

Supports the CFO in managing hospital accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle, audits, forecasting, financial planning, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance. Evaluates financial performance, expenses, productivity, and capital needs; prepares financial reports and recommendations; participates in operational and corporate reviews; represents Finance in leadership and community settings; and mentors financial staff while developing toward future CFO responsibilities.

Supports hospital marketing and communications through content creation, proofreading, social media and website updates, event coordination, internal communications, and basic video production. Monitors online reputation, drafts responses to reviews, gathers departmental information, prepares simple marketing reports, and may assist with media inquiries. Ensures materials meet brand, accuracy, compliance, and deadline standards while collaborating with internal teams and community partners.

Leads exposure management and vulnerability management across cloud, hybrid, SaaS, applications, APIs, certificates, domains, and shadow IT. Identifies, validates, prioritizes, and reports vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, leaked data, and other cybersecurity risks. Designs and implements security solutions, supports remediation and penetration testing, integrates threat intelligence, advises on security architecture, and mentors team members. Requires advanced cybersecurity expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of security frameworks and technologies.
