Lead the onsite Employee Relations team at a South Carolina manufacturing facility. Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, manage labor and grievance processes, conduct investigations, develop and localize ER policies, mentor ER staff, collaborate with Legal and HRBPs, and support labor relations strategy for a growing manufacturing environment.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate tax provisions and returns, manage state apportionment and estimated payments, support audits, coordinate R&D and investment tax credit work with consultants, analyze financial data for tax compliance, maintain internal controls, provide tax research and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Provide transactional legal support for semiconductor fabrication sites: draft, review, and negotiate vendor, procurement, EPC, equipment, services, and confidentiality contracts; advise management on legal risks; manage paralegal staff and routine legal processes; improve legal operations and training; support real estate, lien/bond claims, contractor disputes, public funding, and tax-incentive matters.

Lead and grow Samsung's B2B account relationships within assigned West territory, focusing on Hospitality (hotels, casinos). Identify decision makers, develop account/product strategies, negotiate contracts, drive sales across Samsung display and IT product portfolio, collaborate with partners and internal teams, forecast revenue, and travel frequently to meet targets.

Maintain fixed asset register, analyze CAPEX and cost data, support budgeting, variance analysis, month-end close, reconciliations, and audits. Collaborate with operations and supply chain to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.
