Develop and sustain mission-critical C++ software components and ingest processing pipelines. Collaborates with engineering, operations, and customer teams using Jira and Confluence. Requires extensive systems engineering experience and a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Develops and maintains Python applications and complex software systems supporting mission workflows. Builds and troubleshoots Docker containers, deploys applications to Kubernetes, creates Helm charts, and applies cloud-native engineering practices. Collaborates with DevSecOps teams on CI/CD integration, diagnoses application and infrastructure issues, tests software components, resolves defects, and documents designs and results. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, substantial software or systems engineering experience, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and sustain Cisco, Arista, firewall, and crypto networking equipment across distributed operational environments. Manage JIRA-driven workflows, lab configurations, system upgrades, fielding activities, and SSP compliance documentation. Collaborate with civilian leads, contractors, and mission customers to maintain reliable network operations. The role requires extensive network or systems engineering experience, IAT certification, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.

Provide end-to-end engineering and administration for Windows and Linux environments supporting mission-critical operations. Maintain security compliance, patching, configuration validation, and audit readiness. Support Cisco, Juniper, and Arista networking devices, Kubernetes and containerized deployments, Active Directory, LDAP, Centrify, and Group Policy. Develop automation workflows, resolve user and customer issues, and escalate technical problems while maintaining system performance, integrity, security, and operational readiness.

Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and sustain Cisco, Arista, firewall, and cryptographic networking systems across distributed operational environments. Support lab testing, fielding, upgrades, JIRA-driven workflows, SSP compliance, documentation, and audit preparation. Provide on-call operational support and occasional travel to OCONUS locations after training while collaborating with civilian leads, contractors, and mission customers.

Configure, sustain, troubleshoot, and document Cisco and Arista network infrastructure supporting mission-critical environments. Maintain firmware, performance, compliance, and security alignment with STE/STN and SSP requirements. Provide on-call operational support, perform installations and upgrades at mission sites, use Latte'Art for configuration management, and collaborate with systems, security, and mission operations teams. Travel is required as needed.

Develop and maintain Zabbix monitoring templates, dashboards, agents, and automation scripts for enterprise environments. Support system administrators and network engineers, troubleshoot Linux-based monitoring deployments, and manage work through a JIRA queue. The role is onsite in Columbia, Maryland and requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
