Drive new business and expand major enterprise accounts for Fortinet by selling enterprise network security solutions. Manage full sales cycle, build pipeline and forecasts, respond to RFPs/RFIs, negotiate contracts, onboard clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel across the territory to support and close large deals.

Lead product roadmaps, design new features and certifications, collaborate with R&D and QA across the product lifecycle, develop pre-/post-sales tools and environments, and research new technologies to devise solutions.

Collect and analyze customer configurations and system data, reproduce issues in lab environments, recommend corrective actions, manage case escalations and customer communications, and collaborate with QA/development. Coach customers on product use and maintain documentation and knowledge management practices.

Lead and manage enterprise sales for Fortinet, driving strategic account plans, executive relationships, proposals/RFP responses, and large-deal negotiation. Coach and motivate sales reps, coordinate with technical and consulting teams, build accurate territory pipeline, and travel within assigned territory to close enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet solutions.

Provide web and telephone technical support for FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager. Troubleshoot networking and security issues, reproduce customer environments in lab, identify and report bugs, recommend workarounds, manage cases to closure, educate customers, and share knowledge with peers.

Pre-sales and post-sales technical lead for assigned enterprise accounts: qualify leads, support sales calls and demos, advise on integration and networking solutions, resolve technical issues with support/engineering, and provide training and ongoing customer assistance across the territory.

Manage and configure regional marketing automation campaigns from intake to activation. Build canvases, feeders, emails, landing pages, forms, and segmentations. Collaborate with field and channel marketers, prepare offline data imports, maintain campaign execution plans, and follow marketing automation best practices to drive engagement and revenue.

Manage and drive direct sales into major enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, creating strategic account plans to secure enterprise-wide Fortinet deployments, generating pipeline, responding to RFPs/RFIs, negotiating contracts, and meeting quarterly sales quotas.

Manage an assigned SMB territory to build and execute account plans, prospect and maintain a revenue pipeline, drive sales cycles to close, provide presales support, coordinate with channel and reseller partners, forecast revenues, track opportunities in Salesforce, and meet or exceed quota and activity metrics.
