Provide phone and web technical support for Fortinet switching and wireless products. Troubleshoot WiFi, LTE, TCP/IP, routing, and security features; analyze configs, packet traces, and network data; reproduce issues in lab, recommend corrective actions, escalate and manage cases, and educate customers until case closure.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for Fortinet products (especially FortiGate). Collect and analyze customer configurations and system data, reproduce issues in lab environments, recommend corrective actions, manage case escalations and customer communications, and collaborate with QA/development. Coach customers on product use and maintain documentation and knowledge management practices.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded networking software for Fortinet products. Perform hardware bring-up, SDK porting, Linux driver and U-Boot development, bug fixes, and implement high-quality features on schedule while collaborating across teams.

Develop and maintain FortiClient Windows software using C/C++; design network and VPN features, implement Windows drivers, diagnose networking/security issues, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to product quality and innovation.

Work with account managers to provide technical pre-sales support, lead technical discussions on features and integration, qualify leads, serve as post-sales technical contact, coordinate with support/engineering, and deliver customer training.

Lead product roadmaps, design new features and certifications, collaborate with R&D and QA across the product lifecycle, develop pre-/post-sales tools and environments, and research new technologies to devise solutions.

Drive direct sales into assigned SLED (state, local government, education) accounts, develop territory plans, build executive relationships, coordinate internal teams for proposals/RFPs/SOWs, negotiate contracts, and close deployments of Fortinet security solutions to meet quota.

Manage an assigned SMB territory to build and execute account plans, prospect and maintain a revenue pipeline, drive sales cycles to close, provide presales support, coordinate with channel and reseller partners, forecast revenues, track opportunities in Salesforce, and meet or exceed quota and activity metrics.
