Implement and debug features, optimize system performance, and collaborate with DevOps and QA to deliver high-quality products. Work on management, control, and dataplane components while ensuring cloud operation efficiency and meeting delivery schedules.

Act as the technical lead for pre-sales and post-sales activities: qualify leads, support sales calls and demos, explain product features and integrations, resolve technical issues with support/engineering, provide customer training, and travel across the assigned territory.

Drive revenue growth through the Softchoice partnership by managing relationships, developing business and marketing plans (including MDF), delivering sales and technical training, aligning partner KPIs, and meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets while collaborating with Fortinet marketing and engineering.

Own and grow FortiCNAPP business in an assigned territory by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new logos and renewals. Maintain a disciplined, metric-driven sales process, accurate CRM forecasting, and high daily activity. Develop pipeline, run proofs-of-concept, negotiate contracts, and travel for customer meetings as required to meet quota.

Provide pre-sales technical support to SLED sales teams: assess customer requirements, design Fortinet-based solutions, present to customers/partners, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure customer success and growth.

Lead marketing operations by managing marketing technology and processes, reporting on global funnel performance, cleaning and analyzing data, optimizing campaigns and workflows, reducing manual work, and building dashboards and KPIs to improve lead-to-sales conversion and campaign ROI.
