Lead Python and offensive cyber capability development supporting USCYBERCOM. Oversee exploit and CNO tool productization, system and infrastructure design, testing standards, CI/CD and virtualization environments, technology integration, requirements coordination, SOP development, policy evaluations, workshops, and personnel training. The role requires extensive software development and exploit development experience, plus an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Manage project cost control, planning, forecasting, reporting, budgets, financial models, variance analysis, change orders, revenue recognition, and subcontract or purchase order activities. The role supports government contracts including CPFF, FFP, and T&M, collaborates with program management, procurement, and finance teams, and provides financial insights to project leads. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos are preferred.

Analyzes, drafts, coordinates, and maintains agency policies, MOUs, MOAs, and interagency agreements. Ensures compliance with DoD and agency requirements, tracks policy issuances and agreement records, identifies conflicts or gaps, and supports agency-wide review and adjudication. The role requires extensive governance-document analysis, regulatory interpretation, cross-functional collaboration, tasker management, and active TS/SCI clearance.
