Lead design, development, integration, and testing of AI/ML-enabled, cloud-native C-UAS software. Architect distributed, real-time systems and AI/ML pipelines, mentor teams, ensure secure, maintainable code, and support test, evaluation, and lifecycle activities for mission-critical defense solutions.

Lead contract administration for large prime and subcontract awards: review contracts for risk and compliance, negotiate federal and commercial terms, advise management on scope/financial/risk issues, oversee contract administration activities, and mentor junior contract administrators.

Lead MOT design for large, complex transportation projects. Manage and mentor MOT design teams, develop staging and traffic control strategies, oversee work zone analyses, coordinate with clients/contractors, support proposals and pursuits, and ensure schedule, budget, safety, and operational objectives are met.

Design and implement data science workflows and data mesh pipelines to support C-UAS detection, tracking, classification, and decision-support. Develop ML/statistical models for anomaly and threat assessment, build cloud/hybrid data platforms and interoperable pipelines, enforce data tagging and governance, create visualizations and dashboards, mentor junior staff, and ensure mission-ready, secure analytics for real-time operations.

Lead 3D MOT and construction staging modeling using OpenRoads Designer; create integrated, clash-free models and plan sheets; develop CADD standards and templates; coordinate across disciplines; provide technical guidance, training, and QA/QC to support large design-build and P3 transportation projects.
