Manages assigned product categories across sales, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, inventory, promotions, and vendor partnerships. Develops category, sales, buying, profit, pricing, and merchandising plans to achieve revenue and margin goals. Oversees product mix, planograms, replenishment, investment buying, ad coordination, price and data integrity, market analysis, and gross margin control.

As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will analyze processes, implement labor standards, train staff, and support productivity improvements across distribution centers, involving 75% travel.

Manages and maintains customer order-to-delivery schedules in C&S systems. Analyzes holiday, business continuity, and historical volume data to create schedule modifications and operational projections. Coordinates with customers, transportation, order processing, sales, and systems teams to resolve compliance issues, identify billable deliveries, and improve customer experience. Requires strong scheduling, logistics analytics, communication, and independent decision-making skills.

Prepare and execute daily cash transactions, maintain cash forecasts and weekly borrowing/investment analysis, enter and reconcile cash journal entries in Oracle GL, produce interest and covenant reporting, optimize bank account structure, support investor relations materials, and partner with accounting on bank reconciliations.

Lead development and execution of national pricing strategy to improve customer profitability. Partner cross-functionally to implement pricing processes, analyze business drivers, translate financial analysis into sales actions, and drive change management and compliance. Provide pricing guidance, negotiate, and innovate strategies to maximize sales and margins.

Support federal, state, and local income tax compliance for pass-through entities. Prepare work papers, gather and validate tax data, coordinate with departments and external advisors, review return drafts, reconcile to financial records, assist with tax provisions and apportionment, support audits and notices, and help implement process improvements and automation.
