Design, implement, test, and verify real-time embedded control software and simulation models for HVAC equipment using model-based tools. Translate requirements into MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow models, generate code with Embedded Coder, integrate hardware/software, execute V&V with test harnesses, manage field defects, and improve tools and processes.

Lead and coach a regional client services sales team to grow owner accounts, convert installed-base owners to service customers, and penetrate underperforming transactional accounts. Develop sales motion, monitor pipeline and activity standards, improve cross-functional coordination, manage financial performance (profit, revenue, margins), hire and train sales associates, and leverage digital reporting tools to drive accountability and data-informed decisions while ensuring compliance and operational integrity.

Manage HVAC equipment projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, equipment ordering, cash-flow and progress billing, customer communication, and ensuring project scope, schedule, and cost targets are met.

Support Project Managers by administering projects from award through close-out: maintain project documentation, manage procurement and purchase orders, coordinate customer invoicing and job costing, track project costs and timesheets, ensure contract compliance, and resolve billing/backlog issues while liaising with legal, finance, regional leadership, vendors, and field teams.

Provide in-person and phone-based customer support, process orders and quotes, resolve inquiries and complaints, promote related products to grow sales, assist with inventory/warehouse tasks, and work overtime/weekends as needed.

Develop and execute account-specific business plans to grow building-owner accounts. Provide HVAC system consultation and technical support, convert leads to opportunities, coordinate sales teams, drive retention and revenue, and visit customer job sites as needed.

Lead design, implementation, testing, and debugging of embedded firmware and drivers for telematics/IoT HVAC products. Develop real-time C/C++ software, integrate CAN/Wi‑Fi/BLE/cellular/GPS, validate cloud integration, support field testing, and ensure reliability, security, and compliance while working in Agile teams.

Analyze building and energy data to identify optimization opportunities, lead technical strategy reviews, implement energy conservation measures, fulfill digital services contracts, perform facility walkthroughs, collaborate with account managers and field technicians, and travel to customer sites to support service and controls sales.

Perform commissioning, diagnosis, repair, and startup of HVAC/building automation systems. Manage small/fast-track controls projects including scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, programming, testing, and documentation. Conduct field work involving ladders, rooftops, confined spaces, and heavy lifting; follow safety and compliance procedures.

Design and develop control solutions using direct digital controls for building systems. Perform site assessments, prepare installation/submittal/as‑built drawings, collaborate with teams and customers, troubleshoot systems, and support continuous process improvements to meet project goals.
