Manage and deliver cyber infrastructure projects for NIH NIAID NEAT: lead teams, oversee schedules, finances and burn rates, assess and mitigate risks, plan and support applications and systems, present HHS EPLC deliverables, and coordinate staffing and operations to maintain network and cybersecurity services.

Designs, implements, monitors, and troubleshoots enterprise networks. Performs capacity planning, disaster recovery testing, vendor evaluation, and recommends design changes. The SOC Tier 2 Analyst conducts investigations of escalated alerts, supports incident response, and recommends detection improvements in a security operations center.

The Cyber Forensics Analyst performs forensic analysis and malware investigations, assisting SOC teams with security incidents, creating IOCs, and documenting findings.

The SOC Threat Hunter identifies and investigates advanced cyber threats, developing hypotheses, and utilizing various security tools for threat analysis and detection improvements.

Develop and execute test plans for AI models; identify and analyze defects and anomalies; implement automated evaluation frameworks (dataset checks, API tests, CI/CD); define AI quality metrics (accuracy, latency, fairness, cost); collaborate with development teams to improve model performance; analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to enhance model accuracy and reliability.

Prepare, sort, and organize service member medical and dental records for digital conversion. Perform document prep (remove staples, fix folds), scanning, quality control, re-scans, and uploads to STR Registry and HAIMS. Verify identification and legibility, correct scanned images, and ensure functional equivalence. Use MS Office and data-entry tools. Occasionally lift boxes up to 35 lbs. Must meet citizenship, background, and Public Trust clearance requirements and obtain Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
