Perform RF/antenna subsystem integration and test including antenna range setup, phased array and AESA testing, MATLAB-based test automation and data analysis, troubleshooting RF issues, supporting technicians, performing performance verification, and collaborating with design engineering to develop root cause and corrective actions.

Prepare, maintain, and improve engineering specifications and configuration management (CM) documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, verify traceability and impacts, and ensure specification quality. Serve as supplier-facing manufacturing engineer for SLCM-N program, interfacing with engineering, production, and supply chain to assess supplier capacity/capability, forecast delays/cost impacts, maintain approved supplier list, support strategic sourcing, and develop supplier development and manufacturing plans across multiple commodities and processes.

Manage and lead a team of algorithms/analysis and software engineers for the Advanced Space Processing portfolio. Provide functional and technical leadership across the engineering lifecycle, drive stakeholder collaboration, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality technical problem solving. Work involves OPIR/EOIR sensor simulations, missile defense domain work, occasional travel (10%), and requires an active Secret clearance to start.

Lead and support program/project planning, budgeting, schedule and risk management. Serve as Control Account Manager, track earned value, coordinate across engineering, procurement and manufacturing, prepare briefs and reports, and support program reviews and contract/proposal activities to meet milestones and objectives.

Lead and support program/project management activities including earned value management, cost and schedule monitoring, risk/issues management, supplier coordination, reporting, preparing presentations, and tracking action items to support program leadership and IPTs in a defense/aerospace environment.
