Manage a 10-15 engineer Systems Engineering team supporting production programs, balancing ~20% functional management and ~80% technical program work. Oversee SEIT processes, cost/schedule/technical quality, milestone reviews, staffing, mentoring, training, and collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Design, maintain, and document sensor registration algorithms and software for multi-sensor, multi-platform tracking networks. Prototype registration approaches for new sensors, diagnose tracking and bias estimation anomalies, implement mitigations, and respond rapidly to urgent software issues. Work involves signal processing, Kalman filter/statistical methods, and radar tracking algorithm development.

Manage GWS/GSS hardware program activities including cost and schedule tracking (CAM duties), cross‑functional integration, proposal development, IMS reporting, contract compliance, risk management, and customer/leadership briefings to support program planning and execution.

Lead and support international ammunition co-production programs: manage cost, schedule, technical performance, lead cross-functional IPTs, develop SOWs and baselines, use EVM, manage suppliers, conduct risk/opportunity management, present to stakeholders. Requires US citizenship and up to 10% travel.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems for cyber mission solutions. Analyze user requirements, design and code software, debug and resolve defects, integrate software into systems, develop simple data queries, and participate on Agile teams to improve processes and documentation.

Support the Sentinel program by developing and maintaining software system artifacts: define software architecture, create and trace requirements, apply MBSE (DOORS/Cameo), work in an agile/Scrum team with developers and SMEs, and prepare peer review packages.
