Develop, program, and integrate PLC/HMI/VFD/servo/robotics control systems; support production troubleshooting and line stoppages; implement secure industrial networking; document systems; collaborate with electrical, maintenance, and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes. Role can be filled at Level 2 or Level 3.

Perform schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis; develop and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); apply scheduling best practices (DCMA 14-point, EVMS, SRA, critical path); prepare reports and presentations; interface with teams and leadership; provide weekly status and perform IBR/JSR audits.

Lead systems engineering activities for the Sentinel program including requirements development, allocation, interface definition, and verification. Produce and maintain system/subsystem requirements, interface documents (IRS/ICD), technical documentation, and metrics. Interface with customers and organizations, support system reviews, trade studies, configuration management, and hardware/software integration efforts.

Lead program reliability activities for Sentinel: define/evolve system architecture, generate/manage requirements, create verification methodologies for DoD and nuclear safety, produce technical deliverables, lead lab and HIL tests, perform reliability assessments for nuclear certified systems, participate in design/trade/verification reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with engineering processes and configuration management standards.

Perform material pricing and estimating for proposals across contract types, coordinate supplier quotes and Global Supply Chain inputs, prepare cost volumes and variance allowances, support RFIs, audits, negotiations, and approvals to deliver compliant, on-time proposals.

Manage sustainment logistics for aircraft systems: develop inventory models and stock strategies, set ASL/ROP, forecast consumption, support procurement, maintain BOMs and data integrity, monitor sustainment metrics, integrate with global and government supply chain partners, and mentor junior analysts to improve processes and readiness.

Provide on-orbit mission operations and sustaining engineering for satellites: diagnose and resolve anomalies, lead anomaly investigations, update procedures, support operations (including 12-hr/night shifts and 24x7 on-call), perform performance and risk analyses, coordinate system maintenance across contractors, deliver briefings and documentation, and support operations readiness and customer meetings.

Support Sentinel systems engineering including use case development, requirements definition and allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification/validation, and requirements traceability. Develop system architecture and MBSE models (Cameo/MagicDraw/Rhapsody), collaborate with IPTs, create architecture artifacts, and support tool/process integration for large defense programs.

Lead cost reporting and earned value management for inertial navigation programs. Prepare budgets, baselines, WBS, forecasts, variance and cost/schedule analyses, support audits, funding actions, and financial reporting to ensure contract compliance and program performance.

Support installation of capability upgrades on the Stealth Bomber fleet with emphasis on wire harness fabrication and installation. Design manufacturing processes, sequences of operations, tooling, and work instructions; provide oversight of electrical harness fabrication, inspect equipment, ensure compliance, procure manufacturing equipment, incorporate inspection/test plans, apply SPC, and train staff.
