Design, deploy, and sustain DevSecOps for classified GMD Weapon System environments. Work with air-gapped/classified clouds, virtualization, Kubernetes, Windows/Linux administration, networking (routers/switches/firewalls/DNS), and develop/review software (Java/Python). Must support secure in-person operations and travel up to 10%.

Champion Agile and MBSE (CAMEO), oversee modeling & simulation, systems architecture, mission integration, and ensure SAP/SAR access and DoD Secret clearance compliance.

Perform hands-on testing of EW system Operational Flight Programs in labs, support test planning and live events, develop and update system/subsystem specifications, ensure verification traceability, create test plans, analyze results, and prepare reports.

Designs, implements, and maintains CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerized deployments, monitoring, and system administration. Ensures SCM, code quality, security, and operational support while collaborating with developers, vendors, and Agile teams.

Integrate, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain end-to-end antenna and RF processing systems. Collaborate with network and software teams to define architecture, perform simulations and testing, automate processes, document designs, and support virtualized deployments and RF lab test activities.

Support program managers and cost account managers with earned value management, cost/schedule integration, variance analysis, budget baselines, forecasts, and government cost reporting. Prepare IPMRs and CDRLs, maintain EVM data using tools like Cobra and SAP S4, and produce visibility reports and schedule support for program control.

Manage Ground Electrical Integrated Product Team for ICBM sustainment, leading 70+ engineers through requirements, sustainment, cost/schedule/technical performance, contract negotiation, proposals, and customer coordination while ensuring compliance and execution of task orders.
