Lead systems engineering for armament integration, certification, and HW/SW updates. Manage design documentation, configuration control, test/analysis for nuclear and conventional certification, support EVMS reporting, and coordinate cross-discipline stakeholders to maintain certified weapon system status.

Designs and manages aerospace tooling for composite part fabrication, handling, and assembly. Supports production builds, metrology, tooling maintenance, vendor oversight, proofing, stress analysis, and documentation. Uses CAD (primarily NX) and Microsoft tools, coordinates shift handoffs, and manages tooling projects from concept through implementation.

Lead program cost and schedule control activities including EVM implementation, WBS and baseline maintenance, variance and risk analysis, preparation/review of government cost reports (IPMR), budget/schedule integration, ETC/EAC development, and visibility reporting using tools like Cobra, SAP S4, OLAP, wInsight, and MS Office. Interface with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs to support monthly program reviews and contract reporting.

Design, configure, and maintain infrastructure and cloud resources; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate testing, deployment, and infrastructure via scripting and IaC; remediate vulnerabilities; provide application support and 24x7 on-call rotation; mentor staff and act as product owner when needed; support architecture and Agile processes.

Manage and validate aircraft maintenance data in CAMM2 and IDMR to ensure compliance with maintenance policy and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness. Identify and resolve data and configuration issues, track serialized parts and fleet configuration, manage anomalies, audits and backlog priorities. Embedded role supports squadrons in real time; internal role focuses on data transfer and configuration control.

Support aircraft systems development and qualification in a lab environment: design labs, plan and lead ground and flight test events, configure hardware/software test stations, troubleshoot components/systems, manage lab configurations, coordinate with QA and stakeholders, and communicate test status to leadership.

Develop and validate high-fidelity missile threat models (kinematics, RCS, IR signatures). Capture and document model requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, support M&S events, and ensure V&V and automation for timely, accurate deliverables. On-site at Schriever SFB with up to 10% travel.

Lead TEMPEST systems engineering for Sentinel (GBSD): plan and conduct TEMPEST testing per NSTISSAM/CNSSAM specs, develop test plans/procedures, review results, provide design guidance on shielding/filtering/grounding/PCB/cabling, and represent the program as the TEMPEST SME.

Support Ground Weapons System program as an individual contributor on System Performance and Analysis - Test Exerciser team. Develop, debug, and optimize modeling and simulation software (C++ preferred), apply OOD/SOLID and MBSE concepts, use version control and Atlassian tools, and work in a secured, in-person environment supporting MDA requirements. Must hold active Secret clearance and travel ~10%.

Lead and manage a Program Planning and Scheduling team to develop Integrated Master Schedules, schedule metrics, EVMS-compliant reporting, change management, WBS, and schedule visualizations. Create policies, training, resource plans, and advise program leadership and control account managers. Interface with customers, support reviews, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance on defense contracts. On-site in Plymouth, MN; travel ~10%.
