Design, develop, and support electrical systems from concept through production. Create schematics, BOMs, wiring/harness drawings, and V&V test plans. Build prototypes, troubleshoot PCBA and system issues, ensure regulatory/compliance requirements, support manufacturing transfer, perform root-cause analysis, and participate in design reviews and risk assessments.

Lead design, fabrication, installation, startup, and troubleshooting of custom machinery (CNC winders and electromechanical systems). Produce detailed SolidWorks/AutoCAD fabrication drawings and BOMs, perform FEA, tolerance analysis, material selection, and structural/thermal calculations. Collaborate on automation/PLC integration, prototype processes, source vendors, manage project costs/schedules, and support installation and commissioning.

Lead cross-functional data science initiatives to build scalable ML and forecasting solutions for demand, capacity, procurement, and financial forecasting. Architect production-ready models on cloud platforms, ensure monitoring and retraining, drive standardized methodologies, and translate analytics into strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

Design, analyze, and support robotic and electromechanical systems for automated pipe handling and drilling operations. Create mechanical designs, perform stress and tolerance analyses, develop test plans and fixtures, specify components, validate hardware/software, collaborate with vendors, enforce standards, and lead commissioning and acceptance testing at NOV and customer sites.

Design and develop solids control and waste management equipment using mechanical engineering principles. Perform FEA/CFD simulation, material selection, testing, validation, root cause analysis, and support product lifecycle and field reliability efforts while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior engineers.

Implement and support Zscaler Zero Trust and enterprise network/security solutions across NOV's global environment. Deploy and configure ZIA/ZPA, firewalls, VPNs, routing (BGP/OSPF), VLANs and cloud integrations; provide Tier-2+ troubleshooting, POC/pilot validation, performance tuning, documentation, training, and customer-facing implementation services while contributing to process improvements and product feedback.
