Responsibilities include UT, PAUT, and EMI method development; inspection data analysis; equipment and sensor validation; laboratory and field testing; troubleshooting; technical documentation; and multidisciplinary engineering collaboration. Requires 3–5 years of hands-on NDT experience, relevant technical education, and experience with inspection data and equipment.

Leads complex cross-functional artificial lift product development and NPI programs from concept through commercial release and field deployment. Manages PLM stage gates, schedules, budgets, risks, requirements, engineering changes, production readiness, supply chain coordination, quality, and executive reviews. Coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, and other stakeholders while managing concurrent programs and portfolio priorities. Supports ESP and artificial lift product lifecycle activities, customer deployments, continuous improvement, and team mentoring.

Designs, programs, tests, commissions, and supports industrial robotic systems. Develops robot programs, configures end-of-arm tooling and vision systems, integrates robots with PLCs and safety systems, optimizes cycle times, troubleshoots equipment, performs root cause analysis, and supports continuous improvement. Manages automation projects and coordinates suppliers while collaborating with controls engineers and manufacturing teams.

Supports drilling product development through field visits, design reviews, technical documentation, software and configuration management, laboratory and field testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and onsite or remote product support. Coordinates field tests, documents results, gathers operational feedback, investigates root causes, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve drilling technologies.

Develop and support electric submersible pump products from concept through production. Responsibilities include product design, engineering documentation, bills of materials, testing, validation, root cause analysis, design improvements, risk assessments, product launches, and resolving technical issues with suppliers and manufacturing teams. The role requires collaboration across product management, design, quality, and manufacturing functions while ensuring customer requirements, reliability, manufacturability, and cost objectives are met.

Provides advanced technical support for NOV drilling robotics and rig systems. Evaluates product performance, maintenance, reliability, materials, competitor solutions, and technical issues; supports product development, remote upgrades, FATs, training, root-cause analysis, and customer meetings. Advises on tooling, spare parts, damage assessments, and maintenance recommendations while coordinating with global engineering and technical teams.
