Analyzes product design, reliability, maintenance, and operational performance; recommends design, material, tooling, cost, and service improvements. Provides advanced technical support for complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, prepares field damage assessments and corrective-action reports, supports product notifications and factory acceptance tests, and contributes to training and competency programs. Administer and configure RF-SMART for warehouse workflows, support JD Edwards inventory/warehouse modules, troubleshoot integrations and RF devices, document SOPs, and drive process improvements and go-live support for warehouse operations.

Design and produce electrical drawings and assemblies for drilling products, support installation, commissioning and FATs, ensure compliance with industry standards and hazardous-area ratings, coordinate with customers and third parties, and improve product quality and processes.

Lead regional sales for Fiber Glass Systems in the Rockies/PNW, managing reps and distributors, developing project-specific strategies, driving CRM-based pipeline management, training partners, coordinating with operations and construction, visiting customer sites, and meeting sales quotas for fiberglass piping and tank solutions.

Provide HSE and Quality support at a repair facility, maintain HSE and Quality documentation and training databases, prepare reports and safety statistics, assist the Drill Bit Repair Manager with administrative tasks, perform data entry and hands-on facility support, and ensure compliance with company HSE and Quality procedures.
