Perform mechanical design and detailing of industrial mixing equipment using SolidWorks and Teamcenter. Interpret customer drawings, run calculations for durability, create parts/assemblies/BOMs, collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers, support shop floor, and execute engineering changes. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance to ensure consistent commercial execution and customer responsiveness.

Design and support MDT Totco surface products throughout the full lifecycle: concept, analysis, testing, validation, commercialization, and sustaining engineering. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve product performance, conduct field testing at customer sites, develop engineering documentation using CAD/PLM, and support manufacturing and supplier activities.

Design, develop, and commercialize electrical and electromechanical products from concept to production. Define system architecture, develop embedded firmware, integrate hardware/software, perform verification and field testing, support certifications and sustaining engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and reliability improvements.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, vendor management, demand forecasting using SCM software, logistics coordination, KPI-driven improvements, contingency planning, and budget/timeline estimation for launches and scaling.

Manage customer relationships and sales orders from quotation through delivery. Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, update ERP/CRM, coordinate with internal teams, resolve customer concerns, and support continuous improvement to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end commercial execution for capital equipment opportunities: prepare quotations, proposals, and order documentation; validate and enter orders; serve as primary commercial contact; align stakeholders across sales, engineering, supply chain, and finance; identify risks and drive process improvements using ERP/CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
