Manage retrofit projects from customer coordination through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, costs, engineering deliverables, procurement, manufacturing, field service planning, and customer communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor risks and progress, resolve issues and claims, ensure contract requirements are met, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines, margins, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, and product management teams while managing concurrent program portfolios, resolving dependencies, and improving governance, reporting, and time to market.

Maintains an organized and welcoming office by managing reception, common areas, supplies, conference rooms, meetings, mail, shipping, vendors, purchase orders, and administrative support for senior management. Coordinates maintenance, catering, room setup, basic AV assistance, travel arrangements, and expense reports while providing professional service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

Coordinates global licensee Gauge Lab activities, including gauge and tooling procurement, rentals, sales, calibration, verification, qualification, inspections, shipments, records, and reporting. Serves as the primary liaison between licensees and internal teams, resolves gauge-related inquiries, supports audits and operational coverage, and identifies process improvements. Maintains accurate transaction, certification, inventory, and asset-status records while providing professional customer service.

Designs, models, tests, modifies, fabricates, and assembles downhole completion tool prototypes. Performs design calculations, layouts, technical feasibility analyses, product testing, sustaining engineering, and technical support. The role also supports manufacturing engineering, production process and equipment design, and project planning and management.

Develops, supports, and optimizes manufacturing automation systems, including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, SQL databases, data acquisition, and industrial networks. Troubleshoots production control systems, performs testing and commissioning, creates reports and documentation, and partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams on automation projects and continuous improvement.

Owns regional sales strategy, territory growth, revenue objectives, account management, business development, forecasting, market intelligence, and customer retention. Manages the customer lifecycle, quotes, contracts, negotiations, tenders, CRM opportunities, executive presentations, and post-project support. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and service teams to ensure successful order execution. Advises customers on asset integrity and risk mitigation while maintaining industry relationships and compliance with company and HSE policies.

Drives profitable sales growth across strategic accounts, with emphasis on Pressure Pumping revenue, margin performance, and integrated technology solutions. Builds executive and operational customer relationships, develops account and sales strategies, presents solutions, manages forecasts and CRM activity, and collaborates across NOV business groups to expand opportunities. The role also supports field sales, identifies product improvements, and strengthens NOV’s position as a technology and solutions leader.
