Develops and maintains quality management and control systems for downhole drilling products. Ensures compliance with ISO 9001, API Spec Q1, safety requirements, and customer specifications. Leads root-cause investigations, CAPA, SPC analysis, supplier quality activities, process improvement, and reporting. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Leads field engineering projects from quotation and planning through execution and closeout. Responsibilities include scope definition, execution planning, purchase order management, risk and change control, forecasting, costing, vendor and customer coordination, critical-path management, site visits, invoicing, and post-project reviews.

Develops and quotes horizontal multistage pump solutions by reviewing customer specifications, process conditions, and commercial requirements. Performs pump sizing, selection, hydraulic and performance analysis, prepares technical documentation, and supports sales throughout the customer cycle. Provides technical guidance to customers and sales teams, collaborates with engineering and operations, optimizes HPS system designs, and contributes to application tools, process improvements, and industry events. Requires rotating equipment expertise, strong communication, analytical skills, and up to 10% travel.

Design, develop, modify, test, and commission control-system software for drilling equipment. Provide field troubleshooting and diagnostics, create HMI screens, read electrical schematics, document software processes, generate verification reports, train customers and technicians, and support project estimates, schedules, and controls documentation.
