The role involves designing and optimizing GPU architectures for AI Inference, analyzing hardware-software relationships, and developing performance models.

Design and implement GPU cluster scheduling and orchestration features, optimize resource usage and performance for large multi-node AI workloads, develop automation and batch workload management, perform performance analysis and root-cause investigations, support users on scheduler issues, and build the GPU-accelerated computing ecosystem.

Lead the hands-on architecture and development of NVIDIA’s enterprise agentic AI platform. Build production systems in Python or Go, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG, memory, Kubernetes deployment, GPU inference, evaluation pipelines, observability, security, sandboxing, and policy enforcement. Rapidly prototype emerging approaches and harden successful solutions into reusable APIs, SDKs, services, and developer templates while influencing cross-functional engineering and business teams.

Lead NVIDIA’s agentic developer platform strategy and execution. Build scalable platform capabilities from emerging agent patterns, including RAG, vector databases, evaluation systems, governance, safety tooling, and GPU-optimized workflows. Integrate the AI Data Platform with NVIDIA’s on-prem AI Factory, improve distributed inference performance, and establish controls for data lineage, compliance, and Responsible AI. Grow a high-performing engineering team and drive adoption of reusable APIs, SDKs, components, and reference implementations across the company.

Develop compiler optimization algorithms for deep learning networks and AI inference platforms. Collaborate with software framework and GPU architecture teams to improve performance, build times, memory usage, APIs, and compiler techniques for current and future NVIDIA GPUs. Analyze performance, implement and test compiler technologies, support CPU/GPU workloads, and independently lead development efforts.

Design and optimize future GPU and processor memory systems for power, performance, area, and cost efficiency. Develop architecture and microarchitecture features, prototype models, and simulation workflows. Analyze benchmarks and performance or power results, debug issues across models, RTL, silicon, and systems, and collaborate with external partners. The role requires deep CPU/GPU architecture and memory systems expertise, power analysis experience, and proficiency in C, C++, and scripting languages.

Lead architecture and delivery of next-generation system-level power management and optimization across silicon, platform, software, manufacturing, and product systems. Define power feature requirements, develop power modeling/measurement methodologies, correlate silicon behavior with simulations, and drive productization from architecture to silicon. Collaborate cross-functionally and with offshore teams to improve performance for datacenter and client devices.

Designs and scales observability and telemetry platforms for distributed AI and HPC environments. Builds high-performance backend services, OpenTelemetry components, metrics pipelines, and real-time or batch data systems. Improves reliability, performance, capacity, and cost efficiency while developing monitoring, alerting, and service reliability frameworks. Requires production distributed-systems expertise, programming skills, time-series data experience, Kubernetes knowledge, and operational debugging capabilities.

Develop and deliver CUDA driver features across pre-silicon simulation, silicon bring-up, and production software. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to design, implement, test, and stabilize GPU compute and graphics functionality across multiple operating systems.

Develop and support PCIe firmware for networking, supercomputing, and AI fabric technologies. Collaborate with customers, R&D, engineering, and marketing teams to develop features, understand customer needs, resolve complex technical issues, and lead high-visibility customer escalations. Provide product feedback and coordinate cross-functional efforts while communicating with customers and executives.
