Lead global Opportunity-to-Order (OTO) process design, standardization, and governance across regions; partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Digital teams to enable ERP/CRM integrations, drive continuous improvement, create SOPs, align regional adoption, track OTO KPIs, and support integration with adjacent value streams.

Own and grow strategic relationships with assigned major accounts to drive service revenue. Lead architecture and development of enterprise Oracle CPQ using Redwood UI. Design commerce flows, complex PTO/ATO/ETO configurators, pricing and approval logic, CI/CD, and integrations (Sales Cloud, EBS, PD/PIM) via REST/SOAP/XSLT. Reengineer legacy JavaScript to Redwood-native solutions, embed external apps, and optimize performance and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own product vision, strategy, and a 3-year roadmap for enterprise IT management software (on‑prem and SaaS). Lead cross-functional teams, gather customer insights, prioritize features using data, oversee full product lifecycle, define KPIs, and support go-to-market and customer enablement.

Manage cross-functional new product development and sustaining projects from planning through launch. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, marketing, and sales to meet schedule, cost, and scope. Monitor risks, issues, and critical-path activities, provide executive updates, ensure NPDI process compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead electrical power system design and optimization for data center projects from pre-sales through commissioning. Design UPS/DC power, switchgear, grounding, generator sizing, controls (PLC/relay), communications (Modbus/TCP-IP), produce drawings/BOMs, ensure code compliance, coordinate contractors, support field integration, testing, and commissioning.

Lead global product architecture and technical strategy for data-center liquid cooling (CDUs and rear-door heat exchangers). Establish design standards, guide thermal/structural/fluid design, oversee validation and reliability, coordinate cross-regional engineering, manage suppliers, support production launches, and mentor engineering teams.

Design, specify, and commission FMS/BMS control systems from pre-sales through startup. Create control schematics, bills of material, and construction documents; integrate PLC/relay-based equipment; coordinate suppliers, contractors, and commissioning teams; ensure code compliance, perform on-site reviews/audits, and provide technical support throughout construction and commissioning.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures. Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and ensure data quality and accessibility. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver data solutions and troubleshoot data issues.
