Supports global MCAD standards and governance by managing CAD libraries, templates, SOPs, and job aids. Directs multidisciplinary engineering teams, conducts thermal analysis and testing, develops design guidelines, mentors engineers, collaborates with research partners, influences technology roadmaps, and resolves complex technical challenges involving thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, stress, and refrigerants.

Designs, tests, and releases custom electrical control hardware and PCBs for data center cooling infrastructure. Responsibilities include circuit and communication hardware design, PCB layout, product bring-up, testing, board revisions, production release, and cross-functional collaboration.
