Applies UL, NEC, and IEC standards, supports manufacturing issues, improves processes, and mentors junior team members.

Coordinates Switchgear and Busway projects from order through manufacturing and shipment. Tracks schedules, milestones, deliverables, approvals, risks, and action items; facilitates meetings; maintains documentation and status reports; coordinates customer submittals, material planning, and cross-functional communication across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teams.

Supports laboratory testing and validation of liquid cooling and thermal management products. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining instrumentation, collecting and analyzing test data, troubleshooting test systems, preparing reports, improving test procedures, verifying performance against specifications, performing calibration checks, and maintaining laboratory records while collaborating with engineers and technicians.

Supports mechanical design of liquid cooling and thermal systems through 3D modeling, CAD drawings, bills of material, change orders, design reviews, CFD and FEA analysis, component selection, testing, and data reduction. The intern will use Creo and PLM workflows, interpret specifications, support new product development, and collaborate with engineering teams, business units, vendors, and partners.

Maintains and enhances medium-voltage power products and systems by defining specifications, supporting test plans, preparing technical documentation, analyzing field data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, product development, and customer support teams to improve reliability and resolve product issues. Provides stakeholder updates and participates in laboratory testing, field support, customer engagement, and NPDI product reviews.
