Electrical Engineering Intern supporting laboratory testing of UPS and power-conversion equipment. Design, develop, and validate 3-phase STS and PDU power products to meet industry standards (UL/IEC/NEC) and customer specs. Create control schematics, specify breakers and layouts, execute test plans (thermal, EMI, metering, fault), produce technical documentation, and collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams for product integration and improvements.

Lead federal sales growth across a defined territory by managing strategic civilian, DoD, and intelligence accounts. Develop account plans, build executive and partner relationships, identify opportunities, manage forecasts, and guide pursuits through award. Apply expertise in federal acquisition vehicles and procurement regulations while coordinating with engineering, legal, contracts, operations, and channel partners. Serve as a federal subject matter expert, provide market intelligence, mentor teams, and drive infrastructure solution specifications. Frequent travel is required.

Helps develop product positioning, messaging, technical collateral, presentations, web content, sales enablement materials, and launch communications. Collaborates with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and stakeholders to translate complex technical information into clear customer-facing value propositions.

Supports global product marketing for technology solutions by researching products, competitors, market trends, and customer needs. Translates complex technical concepts into customer-facing messaging and helps create marketing collateral, presentations, web content, infographics, sales enablement materials, and launch communications. Collaborates with engineering, product management, sales, and other stakeholders on product positioning, competitive analysis, win/loss analysis, and go-to-market initiatives.

Own Vertiv’s software portfolio marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, launch frameworks, persona development, sales enablement, and market intelligence. Unify software capabilities across controls, monitoring, digital services, and platforms into a cohesive narrative. Partner with product, engineering, sales, communications, brand, and regional marketing teams, present strategy to senior leadership, and build scalable marketing processes for a growing software business.

Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules, levels production resources, controls shop orders, expedites delayed materials and operations, and monitors delivery performance. Maintains KPIs, prepares planning reports, participates in daily production meetings, Gemba walks, and Kaizen events. Requires manufacturing or supply chain planning experience, analytical problem-solving skills, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning systems.
