As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll ensure product quality by developing methods for process control and improvement, leading investigations on nonconformances, and supporting supplier quality activities.

Leads strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiations, cost management, risk mitigation, and supplier performance for medical device business units. Partners with R&D, operations, quality, finance, and executive suppliers to support new product development and lifecycle needs. Develops commodity strategies, supplier scorecards, business reviews, and best-in-class sourcing processes while managing an onsite sourcing team.

Provides engineering support for new product and process introductions, manufacturing transfers, equipment selection and validation, process capability studies, MSA, PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and PPAP documentation. Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce and Oracle CPQ solutions, integrations, database components, automated tests, and production code. Translate business requirements into technical designs, troubleshoot user issues, manage version-controlled deployments, and coordinate QA and UAT. Collaborate with business stakeholders, release management, governance, and change advisory teams to ensure secure, compliant solutions that improve account management, customer engagement, and sales capabilities.

Partner with a Sales Representative to support promotion and sale of orthopaedic medical devices across hospitals. Participate in OR cases, product evaluations, clinical support, account expansion, product trials, and in-services. Track territory metrics, maintain inventory, perform customer outreach, and develop sales skills through coaching and field experience.

Leads software test strategy, verification, validation, automation, and release-readiness across regulated products. Builds and develops a software test organization through hiring, coaching, and mentoring. Oversees defect management, root-cause analysis, quality metrics, risk-based test coverage, and compliance with regulatory requirements, quality systems, design controls, and verification standards. Partners with engineering, quality, regulatory, and program teams to deliver high-quality software and communicate quality risks and project status.
