As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will turn complex data into business insights, improve critical sales processes, and help leaders make informed decisions that drive growth. What You Will Do
- Develop and enhance dashboards, key performance indicators, reporting tools, and executive-level analyses using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Analyze sales, financial, operational, compensation, and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Lead territory alignment, quota planning, order crediting, and sales compensation support activities to improve accuracy and execution.
- Manage requests for information, proposals, security assessments, and customer questionnaires by coordinating timelines, contributors, reviews, and final submissions.
- Partner with teams across Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Product Management, Information Systems, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver business solutions.
- Improve business processes, reporting frameworks, data controls, system workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency and data integrity.
- Create executive presentations and decision-support materials that provide clear, actionable business recommendations.
