Leads the full lifecycle management of IT products and application portfolios, including strategy, roadmaps, requirements, ideation, development, launches, and measurable outcomes. Serves as a subject matter expert for products integrating with multiple microservices and MuleSoft. The role also evaluates emerging technologies, including AI and generative AI, while guiding DevOps, agile delivery, and responsible AI practices.

Provides strategic legal support for multistate licensing, regulatory filings, corporate governance, entity management, and complex corporate matters. Responsibilities include drafting governance documents, resolutions, agreements, and correspondence; maintaining corporate records; conducting legal research; supporting projects; preparing regulatory filings; and creating presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership. Partners with corporate attorneys in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Supports enhancements and new capabilities for a critical claims business application. Performs systems analysis, defines and manages requirements, facilitates design and code reviews, and coordinates system integration, user acceptance testing, and releases. Partners with business analysts, product owners, architects, developers, QA, and project managers. Provides application operations and production support, including incident resolution, data integration, and distributed application connectivity using modern development, cloud, and integration technologies.

Leads end-to-end delivery of strategically important programs, including multiple projects, budgets, schedules, dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risks. Partners with product development leaders and IT product managers to remove barriers, resolve issues, drive decisions, and ensure delivery certainty. Leads matrixed program and project managers while managing ambiguity, influencing stakeholders and executives, and aligning strategic programs with organizational priorities across the software development lifecycle.

Write and lead complex RFP responses under strict deadlines, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Analyze solicitations, tailor proposal content, resolve process issues, and support pricing, program, and ad hoc sales documents. Maintain reusable proposal content and independently manage multiple projects while applying strong communication, organization, project management, and business writing skills.

Manages strategic national healthcare accounts by supporting retention, growth, renewals, implementations, client service, reporting, billing, eligibility, claims resolution, and member communication strategies. Partners with account executives, brokers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues, coordinate meetings, support RFPs, develop account plans, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Requires health insurance knowledge, client relationship skills, project implementation abilities, an insurance license, and travel as needed.

Supports corporate strategy and transformation initiatives through strategy development, planning, implementation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, insight generation, project management, and executive recommendations. The role helps drive growth, improve product and service affordability, and transform technology-enabled operating models while managing complex priorities across a matrixed organization.
