Processes foreign exchange transactions, including foreign checks, currency wires, banknote exchanges, and forward contracts. Handles investigations, returns, rate quotes, account balance management, suspense GL reconciliation, and currency funding orders. Supports bankers and clients, ensures OFAC and BSA/AML compliance, explains FX products, and contributes to international banking operations, special projects, and process improvements.

Manage a $175M+ commercial loan portfolio: perform credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, covenant and financial reviews, prepare credit approval packages, coordinate with RMs and credit officers, and identify growth and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring regulatory and documentation compliance.

Provide advanced administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers and commercial clients, handle complex client inquiries and loan documentation (nCino, Salesforce), monitor accounts and fraud risk, coordinate workflows across bank areas, identify cross-sell opportunities, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior administrators.

Model, quantify, and report interest rate and liquidity risk for the bank's balance sheet. Maintain ALM models, analyze data with BI tools, recommend on-/off-balance strategies, support loan pricing/FTP, prepare ALCO reports, and lead model governance, calibration, and back-testing.
