Drives policy updates, continuous improvement, and organizational risk mitigation.

Leads marketing programs and campaigns to achieve revenue growth goals. Develops campaign briefs, segment positioning, marketing plans, content, and performance recommendations. Coordinates internal teams and external agencies across creative, media, digital, research, analytics, and marketing automation. Evaluates campaign impact, sales, revenue, and ROI while ensuring brand standards and risk controls. Supervises and develops assigned team members, including hiring, training, performance management, and work allocation.

Provides Level 2 desktop and application support for bank personnel, troubleshooting operating systems, hardware, peripherals, databases, and business software. Installs and replaces equipment and software, monitors systems, manages support tickets, coordinates with IT teams, trains users, and mentors desktop technicians. The role includes occasional travel, on-call rotation, and possible night, weekend, and holiday work.

Analyzes and underwrites criticized commercial loan relationships, including extensions, modifications, and renewals. Supports Special Credit Asset Managers with financial analysis, risk ratings, compliance monitoring, documentation review, due diligence, and borrower credit assessments. Tracks loan agreement compliance, past dues, document exceptions, and portfolio quality. The role also presents loan requests, coordinates with credit officers and relationship managers, reviews legal documents, supervises associates, and ensures compliance with banking regulations.

Reviews and authorizes loan disbursements (ACH, wires, checks) for consumer and commercial loans, ensuring documentation, regulatory compliance, lien perfection, and accurate funding. Coordinates with attorneys, reconciliations, and internal teams, mentors analysts, and maintains risk controls and reporting tools.
