Lead customer strategies for assigned brands to deliver volume, profit, and P&L goals. Own annual planning, forecasting, trade management, sell-in execution, and merchandising/assortment targets. Develop category growth strategies and sales stories, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze program performance, and equip field sales with insights and tools to drive execution and growth.

Performs cost accounting, plant operations reporting, inventory analysis, financial close activities, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, SOX compliance, and FP&A support. Partners with production, engineering, and other departments to identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities. Provides financial commentary, forecasting, ad hoc reporting, and business analysis while spending 20% of the role engaging with plant teams on the production floor.

Supports sales communication planning, content development, sales readiness tracking, and distribution of internal communications. Coordinates cross-functional development of new item selling materials, manages communication resource platforms, oversees sales sample setup with vendors, and maintains initiative calendars and tracking files. Uses AI-enabled tools and automation to improve content management and operational efficiency while monitoring timelines and facilitating leadership alignment.

Develops and executes foodservice marketing activation programs, campaigns, sales materials, distributor and broker initiatives, trade show activities, product training resources, and customer communications. The role analyzes campaign and sales metrics, manages vendors, invoices, budgets, and cross-functional deadlines, and supports sales teams and external partners. Travel up to 15% is required.

11-week, on-site internship in Supply Chain Finance analyzing cost of goods sold, manufacturing, ingredients, transportation and warehousing costs. Work with operations, brand and accounting teams to project trends, build reports and support decision-making. Includes networking, professional development, and on-site orientation and events in Omaha.

11-week analytics internship focused on building analytics products and solutions using Palantir, Databricks, and Power BI to improve business process insights. Interns work with a mentor and the Advanced Analytics community, participate in orientation and networking, and deliver cloud-based analytics solutions for Conagra's GBIS organization.
