Answer daily participant phone inquiries for defined contribution plans. Assist with distributions, rollovers, loans, electronic funds transfers, tax forms, and account maintenance. Research and resolve routine issues, follow risk and department guidelines, and escalate complex problems to supervisors.

Provide end-to-end investment performance attribution across asset classes, analyze sources of alpha/beta, produce commentary, validate data/methodology, engage portfolio managers and stakeholders, improve attribution processes, and leverage analytics platforms (Aladdin, FactSet, Bloomberg, Perform, Morningstar) and automation to deliver timely, high-quality reporting.

Coordinate administration for fiduciary, custody, estate, guardianship, and advisory accounts for complex relationships. Resolve client issues, manage account setups and servicing events, maintain governing-document knowledge, support advisors in acceptance, compliance and reviews, identify process improvements, mentor junior staff, and assist with client presentations and business development.

Plan, execute, and report audits of the AML/Financial Crimes program. Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls (KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, risk assessment). Produce findings, present recommendations, and coach audit teams while ensuring adherence to audit methodology and documentation standards.

Lead execution and continuous improvement of the third-party risk management lifecycle, focusing on concentration risk, program design, metrics, reporting, vendor oversight, and stakeholder engagement across business units and 2LOD partners.

Lead monthly fund close and financial statement preparation for hedge funds, analyze and report financial data to clients, coordinate with auditors and internal teams, and provide subject-matter expertise while mentoring and developing the team. Balance operational execution with strategic program development.

Lead lending support operations to improve loan processing efficiency and client experience. Coordinate loan onboarding, credit documentation, deal implementation, and portfolio support. Manage team performance, training, pipeline tracking, compliance, and process improvement initiatives across lending stakeholders.

Lead and enhance the Financial Crime Compliance risk assessment program (AML, sanctions, CFT, CPF). Assess and document FCC risks and controls, produce actionable reporting, advise stakeholders, provide guidance and training, identify emerging risks, interact with regulators and auditors, and manage projects to meet deadlines.

Support and/or own new prospective client opportunities: profile prospects, present bank products, coordinate RFPs and fee proposals, cross-sell to existing clients, provide subject-matter expertise, and drive strategic partner and advisor development while working onsite.

Provide administrative support including preparing documents and reports, scheduling meetings and travel, data entry and verification, maintaining records, tracking expenses, greeting clients/vendors, and responding to general inquiries. Perform routine operational tasks while ensuring confidentiality and assisting managers and department partners.
