Perform treasury accounting, analysis, and reporting including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, SEC footnotes, net interest income variance analysis, SOX compliance, audit support, and treasury project participation.

Manage intake and triage of procurement requests: evaluate completeness and policy compliance, route and prioritize requests, collaborate with sourcing/category/third‑party risk teams, track metrics and SLAs, and drive process improvements and training to optimize buying channels and procurement operations.

Lead Global Procurement business continuity/disaster recovery (BCDR) and risk & controls self-assessment (RCSA) programs. Manage multiple projects, plan and execute BCDR testing, track annual RCSA activities, consult with internal partners to identify critical functions, ensure regulatory compliance, present progress to leadership, and coordinate domestic and international continuity coordinators and steering committees.

Support and service complex wealth management client relationships by coordinating administration of fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts. Handle client inquiries, develop action plans, oversee transaction processing, coordinate with Client Support Services, assist advisors with account acceptance, compliance, and business development, and identify process improvements. Mentor junior staff and may supervise daily operational activities.

Provide fiduciary and account management for a portfolio of wealth management clients: execute daily client activity, resolve issues, communicate proactively, develop understanding of trust and tax law, identify relationship enhancement opportunities, support business development and client presentations, and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and internal policies.
