Serve as the U.S. Commercial Compliance Line of Business Officer for payment products and partners. Provide second-line oversight, review marketing/disclosures and digital customer journeys for regulatory adherence, assess compliance risk, support CRA/RCIM, challenge control gaps, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist with regulatory exams and remediation.

Lead product strategy for AI-powered personalization and recommendation capabilities. Define requirements, partner with Data Science and Engineering to build, test, launch and optimize models, monitor performance, run experiments, prioritize enhancements using analytics, and communicate results to stakeholders while ensuring scalability, compliance and strong customer experiences.

Lead design and delivery of Agentic AI IAM and secrets management across hybrid environments. Build secure authentication/authorization, centralized secrets vaulting, automated rotation, governance, monitoring, and operational metrics. Partner with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, application, and risk teams to implement Zero Trust, machine identity security, and AI agent safeguards while driving enterprise program execution and compliance.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and RESTful APIs for incident response tooling. Develop ETL/data flows, spot data anomalies, optimize pipeline performance, collaborate on CI/CD and code reviews, and work with containerized and cloud-native data services.

Monitor and maintain application and network infrastructure, configure alerting and dashboards, analyze logs/metrics for RCA, support DR planning and patching, manage certificates and service accounts, follow ITIL change processes, and maintain system documentation and runbooks.
