Provide consultative training and support to corporate legal customers on LexisNexis products, deliver presentations and demos, drive product adoption and retention, identify upsell leads, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Product, and manage an assigned territory to grow revenue.

Drive adoption of LexisNexis Protege and workflow/AI solutions at top law firms by building senior-level relationships, delivering demos, analyzing attorney workflows, shaping firm-specific materials, and partnering with sales to progress deals and capture CRM insights.

Lead product strategy and execution for global go-to-market platforms (Salesforce CRM, Marketing, CPQ/Revenue), drive end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformation, define roadmaps, measure adoption and business outcomes, partner with Sales/Marketing/Finance/Engineering, and hire/coach a team of product managers to deliver global rollouts and reusable platform capabilities.

Owns customer-segment narratives and customer-facing assets to help sales create, accelerate, and close pipeline. Partners with sales and business leaders to design messaging, training, and interactive content; builds product knowledge; coaches salespeople; measures impact and reports results to leadership. Travels up to 10% as needed.

Sell LexisNexis AI solutions to large law firms through full sales cycle ownership: prospecting, demos, contracting, onboarding, and account growth. Build and manage named accounts, exceed revenue targets, collaborate cross-functionally to tailor AI solutions, and develop scalable sales playbooks.

Engage existing customers to drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth. Schedule qualified appointments with retention teams, assist with collecting and resolving past-due invoices, learn sales skills through training, certify product knowledge, and work toward promotion into a sales role.
