Learning Operations
- Compile and maintain recurring learning reports (revenue tracking, program metrics, survey results)
- Perform project time reconciliation in OpenAir to ensure accurate reporting and billing alignment
- Support custom CMS updates and class setup
- Maintain documentation and operational checklists
- Assist with trainer survey aggregation and reporting summaries
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate logistics and planning for marketing events (internal and external)
- Track event deliverables, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Support reporting tied to event performance and lead tracking
- Maintain organized documentation and post-event reporting materials
Reporting & Process Support
- Build and maintain structured Excel workbooks for recurring reporting
- Use Copilot and Excel AI tools to generate summaries, trend analysis, and reporting insights
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance-sensitive reporting accuracy
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
