Leads the Infrastructure and Operations technology portfolio, including cloud adoption, data center modernization, networking, endpoint management, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and ITSM initiatives. Establishes governance, manages budgets and resources, oversees risks and dependencies, and provides executive reporting. The Commercial Lines Producer will assist in various departments, gaining knowledge of processes, participate in sales meetings, prospect new business, and develop relationships with underwriters during a training program.

Plans, designs, implements, optimizes, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure. Translates business requirements into scalable network solutions, creates design and implementation documentation, introduces new technologies, executes network roadmaps, and ensures implementations align with security policies. Requires expertise in network architecture, routing and switching, MPLS, Cisco, Palo Alto, telecommunications, and Azure networking.

Leads daily accounting transaction processing, including vendor invoices, vendor setup, and inquiry resolution. Oversees transaction processors, monitors workflow and deadlines, validates accuracy and compliance, resolves escalated issues, maintains financial records, collaborates with vendors and finance partners, supports audits and closing activities, prepares performance reports, and identifies process improvements.

Develop new employee benefits business, build prospect and client relationships, retain accounts, assess insurance and risk management needs, prepare and present proposals, negotiate coverage placements, advise clients, resolve complex claims disputes, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams. The role also requires networking through professional and industry organizations and obtaining a valid producer license within 90 days of hire.

Performs operational, transactional, and technical accounting activities, including month-end close, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, close reporting, positive pay review, transaction documentation, supplier invoice approval, and ASC 606 entries. The role supports quality controls, maintains relationships with office staff, participates in training, and promotes teamwork. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 1–3 years of full-cycle general ledger accounting experience.

Responsibilities include checking and processing policies and endorsements, invoicing, claims reporting, issuing certificates and auto ID cards, supporting renewals, maintaining compliance and client records, and coordinating with service teams, vendors, and carriers. Perform monthly journal entries, support full-cycle month-end close activities, reconcile balance sheet accounts, produce close reporting, maintain transaction documentation and fixed asset records, review supplier invoices, and assist with ASC 606 calculations. The role requires accurate, timely work, adherence to accounting controls and quality standards, and meeting strict deadlines.
