Lead placement and administration of public entity insurance within a joint insurance fund, ensuring compliance with NJ regulations, managing underwriting/marketing data, reviewing policies and endorsements, delegating and supervising support staff, and assisting producers with service matters.

Plan, execute, and manage financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate internal controls including SOX/ICFR; apply data analytics and automation; draft findings and reports; track remediation; mentor junior staff and improve FOA methodologies.

The coordinator responds to producer and client inquiries, maintains accurate data, tracks KPIs, supports projects, develops procedures, contributes to training, and collaborates across divisions while managing high-volume phone and data work.

Manages Commercial Lines department workflows, staff performance, recruiting, account assignments, renewals, quality audits, procedures, training, and customer service operations. Provides technical insurance guidance, supports complex commercial accounts, promotes automation, and implements departmental business plans focused on profitability, growth, and retention. Requires a Property and Casualty license, commercial insurance expertise, agency operations knowledge, management or account executive experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Leads regional sales strategy and execution to drive profitable growth, market expansion, strategic account development, revenue, and market share. Oversees business development, major opportunity closure, customer relationships, forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance, recruiting, talent development, and regional resource allocation. Uses CRM data and performance metrics to improve execution while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Supports the benefits service department by processing employee eligibility changes, COBRA transactions, renewals, open enrollment elections, EDI/API corrections, and client setup. Maintains accurate data in agency and partner systems, manages documents, supports compliance deliverables, prepares presentations and enrollment materials, assists with team projects, and provides front-desk backup. Requires strong Microsoft Office, Excel data manipulation, communication, confidentiality, and office equipment skills.

Conduct outbound sales calls to retail insurance agents, generate submissions, convert quotes into bind orders, educate customers on quoting platforms, and support sales initiatives. The role includes monitoring sales trends, collaborating with territory executives and marketing, resolving agent issues, assisting underwriters, and completing a 24-month insurance sales training program. A P&C insurance license is required within 90 days of employment.
