Supports commercial insurance account management by issuing certificates, ID cards, and property evidence; processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, audits, and invoices; ordering loss runs, experience modifications, and MVRs; reporting claims; maintaining spreadsheets; and organizing policy documentation.

Reviews Workers’ Compensation premium audits for accuracy, compliance, classifications, payroll, ownership, endorsements, and entity relationships. Manage Washington workers’ compensation claims for consulting clients, focusing on cost containment, claim investigation, return-to-work strategies, medical coordination, and customer education. Review claim and regulatory documentation, communicate with employers, medical providers, underwriters, and L&I employees, advocate for customers, monitor claim procedures, develop action plans, and coordinate financial analytics and service delivery.

Leads the Infrastructure and Operations technology portfolio, including cloud adoption, data center modernization, networking, endpoint management, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and ITSM initiatives. Establishes governance, manages budgets and resources, oversees risks and dependencies, and provides executive reporting. Leads, mentors, and develops Project Managers while directly managing complex programs. Coordinates technology, business, security, compliance, finance, vendors, and operations stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, operational readiness, and transition to support.

Assists underwriters by reviewing insurance applications, inspections, submissions, quotes, binders, and policies for completeness and accuracy. Obtains missing information, supports new business quoting and renewals, verifies risks against underwriting guidelines, processes state filings and taxes, issues policies and certificates of insurance, and uses agency management systems to improve efficiency.

Manage a mid-market employee benefits book of business, building client relationships and providing day-to-day service. Prepare renewals, RFPs, vendor coordination, proposal analyses, negotiations, and client presentations. Advise on employer-sponsored health and welfare plans, regulations, and carrier products. Coordinate project plans, manage account workflows, support client meetings, delegate analytical tasks, and contribute to revenue growth through client expansion.

The Commercial Lines Producer will assist in various departments, gaining knowledge of processes, participate in sales meetings, prospect new business, and develop relationships with underwriters during a training program.

Plans, designs, implements, optimizes, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure. Translates business requirements into scalable network solutions, creates design and implementation documentation, introduces new technologies, executes network roadmaps, and ensures implementations align with security policies. Requires expertise in network architecture, routing and switching, MPLS, Cisco, Palo Alto, telecommunications, and Azure networking.
