Leads global general accounting and record-to-report activities, including month-end close, general ledger management, intercompany accounting, consolidations, cash accounting, internal controls, SOX compliance, and audits. Oversees SAP-based reporting and finance transformation initiatives, drives automation and process standardization, and partners with finance and operational teams. Manages, mentors, and develops accounting staff while providing technical accounting leadership and supporting strategic initiatives such as mergers and system implementations.

Design, develop, and test embedded C/C++ firmware for optical networking systems. Own full lifecycle from requirements and architecture to implementation, debugging, device driver development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with optical, hardware, and test teams; develop unit tests, automation scripts, and test frameworks.

The role involves introducing new products in Broadband Access technology, coordinating demos, training Services teams, and supporting product lifecycle management.
