As a Commercial Escrow Officer, you'll process commercial escrow transactions, service accounts, ensure proper disbursement of funds, and prepare closing documents while maintaining excellent customer service.

Search public records and examine commercial and industrial property titles to determine legal condition and chain of title. Abstract and analyze recorded documents, resolve title issues, prepare initial title commitments and reports, and provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines.

Manage and complete commercial real estate escrow transactions: open accounts, process and file closing documents, prepare/distribute closing statements, account for and disburse funds, report escrow status, coordinate with underwriting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
