The Junior Test Engineer will develop LabVIEW software for hardware testing, analyze circuitry, and utilize data acquisition for military technology.

Lead and architect test analysis for Missile Defense Systems across planning, real-time support, and post-mission evaluation. Develop predictive models, analyze multi-source flight/ground/simulation data, design data workflows and visualizations, produce executive reports, defend test plans and readiness assessments, mentor junior analysts, and provide technical recommendations to improve system performance and test readiness.

Track cost, schedule, and performance baselines, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support government program office activities, and travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.

Lead requirements and test management for Air Force electronic security systems. Support IPTs, develop acquisition documents, conduct site surveys, guide test planning/execution/verification, evaluate vendor solutions, produce cost estimates, and represent the program office across stakeholders. Onsite role requiring Top-Secret clearance and significant DoD experience.

Perform advanced analysis of flight, ground, and simulation testing for Missile Defense Systems. Support test planning, execution, and post-test evaluations; develop predictive models, automated tools, SQL/Python scripts, dashboards, and visualizations; author reports and briefings; present findings to military and technical stakeholders; mentor junior analysts and improve test methodologies.

Support electronic warfare mission data development, validation, testing, and system programming. Coordinate with EW engineers, prepare V&V test plans, manage configuration control, collect/test data, and perform post-test analysis. May require domestic and international travel.

Lead technical and program management for air-to-ground weapons operational test and evaluation. Plan, execute, and report complex system evaluations using DOE, modeling, and operations research. Advise leadership, mentor junior staff, coordinate with government and industry, conduct technical studies, and present findings to influence acquisition and requirements decisions.
