Manage automotive program delivery from SOW to launch using PDP and traX. Plan and track scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and resources in a matrix environment. Design, develop, analyze and test electric traction motors for eDrive applications. Define motor architecture, requirements, sensors, interfaces and supplier specs. Support system integration, customer testing, simulation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.

Support HR functions including payroll and administrative tasks, HRIS/PeopleSoft data updates, wellness reimbursements, EEO-1 processing, employee communications, event organization, and new-hire processing.

Research intern to design, implement, and evaluate task and motion planning and AI algorithms for articulated manipulation. Develop and test deep learning/Gen-AI models, create case studies, implement software, define evaluation criteria, and present technical results under mentorship.

Lead design and delivery of cross-platform applications using Flutter/Dart. Architect scalable, maintainable code, enforce standards, integrate with backend APIs, optimize performance, and contribute to CI/CD and automated testing. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with product and design, and influence technical roadmaps to deliver high-quality mobile and web experiences.

Provide accounting support including cost accounting and job costing, month-end/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, work-in-process and fixed asset management, accounts receivable, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting and analysis using ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Support and optimize automotive paint processes: operate application equipment to control plans, develop process parameters for new and existing products, perform capability/trend analysis, collaborate with robotics/equipment/paint suppliers, support FMEA/control plans/TS-16949 documentation, and participate in continuous improvement.
