The role requires independent leadership of complex customer engagements and onsite support.

Own new product development planning, execution tracking, status communication, risk management, and customer coordination. Designs and sustains electrical systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including power distribution, controls, sensors, safety functions, and motion systems. Leads product safety and regulatory compliance across equipment platforms, interpreting SEMI, CE, IEC, NFPA, UL, and customer standards. Conducts risk assessments, hazard analyses, design reviews, and certification activities while supporting troubleshooting, component integration, sustaining engineering, and new product development. The role requires collaboration with certification bodies and 15–20% travel.

Leads enterprise AI adoption and change management initiatives, driving technology adoption, organizational readiness, value realization, governance, and measurable business outcomes. Partners with IT, AI transformation teams, executives, and business stakeholders to establish adoption strategies, KPIs, ROI frameworks, and executive scorecards. Supports AI governance, FinOps, cost transparency, communications, training, and enablement while translating AI investments into productivity and operational improvements.

Analyze complex business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; build Power BI dashboards, data models, predictive analytics, forecasting tools, and automated reports using SQL and Python. Support inventory optimization, supply-demand balancing, and aftermarket operations while partnering with planning, supply chain, finance, operations, and IT teams. Translate business needs into analytics solutions, present recommendations to stakeholders, and contribute to cross-functional process improvement and business intelligence initiatives.

Develop and test sophisticated CMOS and CCD image sensors and camera systems. Responsibilities include generating sensor test requirements, creating engineering tests with MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW, and Excel, integrating test fixtures, collaborating with manufacturing partners, verifying sensor performance and reliability, and integrating camera subsystems. The role also provides technical leadership across sensor development, testing, manufacturing, packaging, and production release.

Provides technical support, training, implementation assistance, and project management for Frontline software products across the Americas and Europe. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, customer deployments and upgrades, technical presentations, product demonstrations, customer feedback collection, and support for product improvements. The role requires customer-facing communication, PCB manufacturing knowledge, Frontline product expertise, and approximately 25% domestic and international travel.
