Own growth, retention, and engagement for SFGATE's community and membership programs (app and Friends of SFGATE). Plan and produce live events, launch engagement tools and exclusive content, oversee app feature production, work with partners, and track engagement metrics to inform cross-team actions.

Lead engineering and operation of enterprise macOS endpoint management (Jamf/Kandji): provisioning, OS deployment, app packaging, patching, security compliance, automation, platform optimization, Tier 3 support, identity integrations, and mentorship.

Prepare and deliver accurate, relatable weather forecasts across TV, radio, and digital platforms. Analyze radar and weather data, provide urgent severe-weather updates, perform live field reporting, create on-air graphics, attend editorial meetings, and represent the station at community events while keeping staff and viewers informed and safe.
