As a Subject Matter Expert, you will provide expertise in electrical standards, develop curriculum, train instructors, and support student success in electrical programs.

Produce photo, video, design, and written marketing assets across digital and print. Shoot and edit video and photography, design campaign and web assets, write/edit marketing copy, maintain brand standards, and support creative team to deliver timely, on‑brand materials.

Advise students and graduates on employment goals, resumes, and interviewing; maintain employment and placement records and databases; verify graduate employment for compliance and reporting; research job opportunities; assist students with part-time placement; support placement reporting and employer relations; participate in recruiting events and accreditation verification; track job orders and maintain departmental records.

Own end-to-end operations for B2B accounts and execute strategic growth projects. Build and implement a scalable operating model, hire and manage instructors, track financial and operational metrics, maintain client relationships, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, support campus expansion and facility projects, and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while managing a ~$3M P&L.

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models, write and optimize SQL queries, analyze large datasets to monitor campaign and recruitment performance, ensure CRM inquiry routing and data integrity, manage geographic and demographic analytics, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports and insights to marketing, admissions, and leadership.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles: proactively source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate hiring steps, extend offers, maintain ATS/HRIS records, ensure compliance, and support hiring events and community outreach.
