We're looking for a Multimedia Specialist who is a creative jack-of-all-trades who can move fluidly across photo, video, design, and writing to help key projects move forward faster. You'll be the in-house creative who can flex wherever the team needs you, whether that's shooting and editing a video, designing a landing page graphic, capturing photography on campus, or drafting copy to get a project across the finish line.
You'll report to the Senior Creative Manager and work alongside the full creative team, with the support of our external creative agency for larger efforts. If you take pride in being the flexible creative force who keeps momentum going and helps a lean team punch above its weight, this is your role.
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Create across disciplines
· Produce creative across photo, video, design, and writing as project needs dictate, shifting between mediums fluidly and delivering quality work in each.
· Shoot and edit video content, from short-form social to longer campaign and campus pieces.
· Capture and edit photography, including on-campus and event photography as needed.
· Design assets across digital and print, social graphics, web assets, ads, collateral, and more.
· Write and edit copy as needed to support projects, from social captions to short-form campaign copy.
Move key projects forward
· Serve as the flexible in-house creative who can pick up work across the team and accelerate priority projects toward completion.
· Jump in where capacity or momentum is needed, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines.
· Partner with the creative team and, where relevant, the external agency to ensure work is consistent, on-brand, and delivered on time.
Support the team and the brand
· Take creative direction from the Senior Creative Manager and collaborate closely with fellow specialists across web, content, and social.
· Maintain brand standards across StrataTech, Tulsa Welding School, and RSI in everything you produce.

· Video production skills: comfort with shooting, editing, and basic motion.
· Photography skills: comfort behind the camera and in post.
· Solid writing and editing ability for marketing contexts.
· Strong time management and adaptability — you can juggle multiple projects, shift gears quickly, and deliver under deadline.
