Leads employee engagement, team-member experience, community outreach, giving-back programs, events, and strategic partnerships across Mission Critical construction projects. Builds relationships with nonprofits, schools, community leaders, clients, and project teams while promoting inclusion, wellness, safety, and morale. Tracks participation and program outcomes, supports storytelling with marketing and public relations teams, and represents Ryan Companies at community and industry events. The role requires strong organization, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent travel to project communities.

Supports the Mission Critical team by analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies and root causes, and developing dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, and executive insights. Designs process and technology improvements, monitors adoption, creates SOPs and training materials, and collaborates with data engineering, field technology, project teams, and leadership to implement scalable solutions.

Provide BIM administration and virtual construction support: create and integrate construction models, detect/resolve clashes, run 4D schedules, assist estimating and shop drawing review, support RFIs, update record models, and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors. Frequent on-site work and some travel required.

Support the project team on construction projects by learning budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders. Assist with job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety. Review contracts, specifications, and drawings, perform basic estimating and calculations, and communicate with team members.

Lead commercial construction projects ($10M–$100M) including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontract negotiation, client presentations, and supervision of project teams to ensure quality, profitability, and timely delivery.

Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, warehouses, and models on cloud platforms, primarily GCP. Develop batch and real-time ETL/ELT workflows using Python, SQL, and Airflow-based tools; implement data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, CI/CD, and automation. Support production machine learning environments, optimize pipeline performance, collaborate with architects and analytics teams, lead solution delivery, and mentor data engineers.

The Preconstruction Manager I will develop project estimates, perform quantity take-offs, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders on construction projects ranging from $5M to $100M+.

Design, implement, and optimize data integration and automation workflows for scheduling and enterprise systems. Build ETL and API connections, manage migrations, troubleshoot performance, document solutions, ensure security/compliance, and collaborate across teams while mentoring others.

Serve as on-site authority for planning, coordinating, documenting, and enforcing energy isolation and energization on data center builds. Manage LOTO, verify zero-energy states, lead energization sequencing, maintain switching logs and energization matrices, coordinate with utilities and owners, enforce NFPA 70E/OSHA protocols, oversee commissioning, and report energy status to leadership.

Lead business development and client relationships for Real Estate Management and Building Services across regions. Drive revenue, negotiate and close management agreements, create quotes/scopes, support portfolio and leasing strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop/coach staff to meet financial and client-satisfaction goals.
