The AI Enablement Engineer will build and deploy AI agents, design intelligent workflows, and collaborate with teams to improve processes using AI technologies.

Lead and grow a TPM function, define operating models and governance, and personally drive end-to-end execution of the companys most complex cross-functional ad tech programs. Partner with sales and product to translate customer needs into analytic and product concepts, apply statistical and predictive methods, build interactive dashboards and AI-enabled workflows, validate with customers, and prepare scalable templates for measurement, targeting, planning, and optimization.

Manage and grow relationships with key brand direct customers, ensuring effective activation of audience data and measurement solutions while driving account growth and satisfaction.

Build and operate AI-native GTM systems that integrate Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake, and proprietary viewership data. Architect MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows using Python/JavaScript and Claude. Design eval frameworks, monitor production LLMs, run A/B tests, automate seller workflows, and enable revenue teams with documentation and training to drive pipeline and revenue impact.

Manage product roadmap for data clean room capabilities, collaborating on secure data workflows and integrations, while defining success metrics and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Lead Samba's programmatic platform partnerships (DSPs, SSPs) to sell data solutions for targeting, planning, and measurement. Build and manage a pipeline in Salesforce, structure identity-based deals (LiveRamp/Experian), close large-scale 6-7 figure sales, collaborate cross-functionally, meet revenue targets, and relay client feedback to product teams.
