Lead mechanical design and system integration for airborne and ruggedized platforms from concept through production. Own packaging of electronics, RF components, and harnessing; perform structural, thermal, and environmental analyses; create CAD models and release packages; support prototyping, lab/field integration, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliability and manufacturability.

Design and develop electro-mechanical or hydro-mechanical landing gear for autonomous UAVs. Own full design cycle from concept and CAD to analysis, tolerance stack-ups, materials selection, prototyping, FEA, testing, and production release. Collaborate with avionics, hydraulics, structures and electrical teams; support integration, ground and flight testing.
