Leads technical presales and capture efforts for Shield AI aircraft and autonomy products across Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. Develops technical strategies, proposals, RFIs, white papers, capability briefs, and customer solutions. Acts as a technical liaison among customers, business development, engineering, product, and program teams while supporting demonstrations, requirements discovery, competitive analysis, roadmap alignment, and GTM training. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Lead FP&A for the Aircraft Business Unit driving forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and business partnering. Translate operational drivers into financial impacts, support decision-making on hiring, spend, and capital, and improve reporting, dashboards, and planning processes across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and programs.

Develop and maintain control and autonomy algorithms for the V-BAT codebase across full lifecycle: algorithm design, software implementation, unit/component tests, flight software qualification, flight test support, and simulation model updates and validation. Work on control systems for unmanned aerial systems and robotics, including outer-loop path planning/trajectory synthesis and hierarchical software integration.

Provides enterprise IT support and junior systems administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Supports executive users, conference room technology, user accounts, endpoint security, asset lifecycle management, software licensing, incidents, documentation, and maintenance activities. Collaborates with infrastructure, network, and security teams while delivering customer-focused support across multiple locations.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for V-BAT UAVs using C/C++, bare-metal systems, Linux Kernel or RTOS platforms, and custom hardware bring-up. Design avionics software architectures, integrate sensors and subsystems, convert legacy software to RTOS, build CI/CD and automated testing systems, and support hardware-in-the-loop validation, deployment, and production. Collaborate across software, autonomy, electrical, systems, and test engineering teams while delivering reliable aerospace products.

Develop and lead architecture, development, integration, and testing of safety-critical C++ run-time assurance software for autonomous aircraft. Ensure real-time performance, fail-safe behavior, software quality, certification readiness, and compliance with airworthiness standards. Collaborate across autonomy and middleware teams, create assurance artifacts, establish disciplined development practices, and mentor engineers.
